Lead Construction Projects
Take the lead on major ground-up and adaptive-reuse construction projects across Northern Virginia, including large-scale mixed-use and multifamily developments. You'll own day-to-day field operations, subcontractor coordination, safety, schedule, and quality while working on projects valued up to $250M.

The Successful Applicant
- Lead all day-to-day field operations on complex commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use projects.
- Manage ground-up construction and/or major adaptive-reuse projects from field mobilization through completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics.
- Drive project schedules and help ensure key milestones are achieved.
- Maintain high standards for site safety, quality control, and workmanship.
- Partner closely with Project Managers, Assistant Superintendents, owners, architects, and other project stakeholders.
- Identify field challenges early and proactively develop solutions to keep construction moving.
- Support project closeout, punch-list completion, and turnover.
