Our client is hiring within the residential building and construction industry in Manhattan.
Job Description
Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet goals. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes. Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly. Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders. Foster strong relationships with clients and partners. Drive continuous improvement in project execution processes.
