Ground-Up Healthcare Construction Project Manager
Lead field operations for a ground-up healthcare construction project. Ensure compliance with AHCA requirements and healthcare construction standards. Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics. Drive project safety, quality control, and milestone achievement. Utilise Procore and related construction management platforms to track project progress.

Previous Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor. Demonstrated AHCA healthcare project experience is required. Ground-up construction experience on projects up to $10M+. Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, and site operations. Familiarity with Procore, RedTeam, or similar construction software preferred.
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 base salary. $500/month vehicle allowance. Health insurance with employer contribution after 60 days. 401(k) plan with company match up to a percentage of contributions.
