Job Description
Manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Lead project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. Utilise Procore to maintain project documentation, reporting, and workflow management. Oversee concrete and Type III/Type V wood-frame construction activities. Drive project performance related to safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives.
The Successful Applicant
Project Manager experience with a General Contractor. Multifamily, commercial, or municipal project background. Strong schedule and budget management skills. Excellent communication and client-facing abilities. Desire for long-term growth within the organization.
What's On Offer
Salary: $130,000 - $180,000+ base (negotiable based on experience). Annual bonus opportunity of 15-20%. Employer-sponsored healthcare and competitive PTO. Vehicle allowance plus 401(k) with employer match up to 8% after one year.
