Construction Project Manager
Join a top retail construction general contractor with a growing portfolio. Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Review and approve project plans, specifications, and schedules. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all job sites. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets and reports. Oversee quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet specified standards.
