Job Description
Lead daily on-site construction operations, manage project schedules and subcontractor activities, promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensure work meets quality and project specifications, coordinate inspections and project milestones, maintain communication with clients and project teams, drive projects to successful, on-time completion.

The Successful Applicant
Commercial construction experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor, ground-up project experience valued at $5M-$20M+, experience across commercial, healthcare, education, or industrial projects, strong scheduling and subcontractor management skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, professional, client facing presence, commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
