Construction Site Manager
This is a Texas-based commercial construction company with decades of construction experience spanning multiple generations. The business has been operating for over 20 years offering general contracting, construction management, and design-build services. They specialize in large-scale public and private projects, particularly government, municipal, aviation, multi-family residential, and commercial renovation work.
Job Description
Supervise daily construction operations to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards. Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a secure job site. Track project progress, troubleshooting issues and preventing delays. Liaise with clients, project managers, and team members to provide updates and address any concerns.

The Successful Applicant
Experience overseeing tenant improvement construction projects with strong knowledge of this nature. Ability to lead teams, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on-site. In-depth knowledge of safety standards and enforcement of protocols. Proven experience working on the aviation sector, particularly working for a governmental entity within an operating airport environment. Excellent communication and leadership for effective coordination with clients and teams.
