Job Description
Assist the Superintendent with daily field operations and site management. Coordinate subcontractors and construction activities on site. Monitor quality, safety, and schedule compliance. Support site logistics planning and project execution. Maintain project documentation and progress reporting.
The Successful Applicant
Experience as a Field Engineer, Project Engineer, or Assistant Superintendent. Ground-up construction experience preferred. Multifamily or commercial project experience is advantageous. Strong work ethic with a desire to grow into field leadership. Effective communication and coordination skills.
