Project Manager
Reporting to the Senior Project Executive, the Project Manager will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful execution, budget performance, and client satisfaction.
Manage ground-up retail and big-box construction projects from award through completion
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, procurement plans, and cost controls
Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams
Lead contract administration, change management, and risk mitigation efforts
Monitor project performance to ensure schedule, quality, and financial objectives are achieved
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and trade partners
Support successful project closeout, turnover, and warranty processes

The Successful Applicant
5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
Proven experience delivering ground-up retail, big-box, grocery, or large-format commercial projects
Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract management
Experience managing projects from site development through final turnover
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software
Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and best practices
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Experience working with national or regional retail clients is highly desirable
