A rapidly growing packaging solutions provider is seeking a Senior Director of Packaging Sales (East) to drive growth across the Eastern U.S. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity with a company focused on innovative, sustainability-driven packaging solutions for the beauty and personal care market. The organization partners with emerging and established brands to bring customized packaging concepts to life, from ideation through production.

Job Description

• Manage and expand strategic relationships with key beauty and personal care brands in New York, New Jersey, and surrounding states.
• Drive new business development and identify opportunities within targeted accounts.
• Serve as a consultative sales partner, collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative packaging solutions.
• Lead customer presentations, negotiations, and business reviews.
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and growth objectives.
• Build long-term partnerships across product development, sourcing, and procurement teams.

The Successful Applicant

• 7+ years of successful sales or business development experience within packaging, beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or related industries.
• Proven ability to grow existing accounts while opening new business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of product development and commercialization processes.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to discuss packaging concepts and manufacturing solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience working with prestige beauty, cosmetics, or related consumer brands is highly preferred.
• Must be based in New York, New Jersey, or surrounding areas.

• Salary range of $150,000 to $200,000 + bonus opportunity.
