Project Manager
Founded in 1993, my client is a well-established commercial contractor that provides general contracting, construction management, and design/build services throughout the St. Louis market. Over the past three decades, they have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across a diverse range of sectors, including office, warehouse, municipal, education, multifamily, and other commercial developments. Their project portfolio ranges from tenant improvement and interior renovation work valued under $5 million to complex ground-up commercial projects exceeding $20 million. Job Description
- Leads project teams to ensure timely execution of all assigned tasks.
- Establishes project budgets and manages cost.
- Coaches, mentors, develops, and trains project management teams.
- Maintains knowledge of contract requirements and addresses complex obstacles.
- Maintains positive relationships with clients, owners, subcontractors, and design teams.
- Ensures all risk management controls are implemented.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years general contracting experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering preferred
- Estimating background preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of safety regulations and construction industry standards
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
