Job Description
Oversee all phases of project delivery. Manage project financial reporting. Coordinate procurement of long-lead materials. Lead OAC meetings. Review subcontractor performance. Drive schedule and cost performance.
Tilt-wall construction. Distribution centers. Manufacturing facilities. Cold storage projects. Logistics facilities.

The Successful Applicant
7+ years of commercial construction experience. Strong industrial experience preferred. Procore and scheduling software proficiency.
