Assist with daily field operations and subcontractor coordination

Monitor project schedules, safety, and quality standards

Support site logistics, inspections, and documentation

Coordinate deliveries and project activities with trade partners

Assist with punch list completion and project closeout

A successful Assistant Superintendent - Commercial Construction should have:

Comfort working with project teams to monitor progress and planned activities. Experience on commercial construction projects

Understanding of field operations, scheduling, and safety practices

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work within a fast-paced project environment

Desire to advance into a Superintendent position
