Job Description

Lead field operations for a ground-up healthcare construction project. Ensure compliance with AHCA requirements and healthcare construction standards. Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics. Drive project safety, quality control, and milestone achievement. The Successful Applicant

Previous Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor. Demonstrated AHCA healthcare project experience is required. Ground-up construction experience on projects up to $10M+. Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, and site operations. Familiarity with Procore, RedTeam, or similar construction software preferred.

What's On Offer

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 base salary. $500/month vehicle allowance. Health insurance with employer contribution after 60 days. 401(k) plan with company match up to a percentage of contributions.
