Job Description
- Lead daily on-site construction activities for the $40M ground-up project in Medford.
- Coordinate subcontractor work to maintain project schedules and site readiness.
- Review daily progress and address on-site issues that affect planned work.
- Monitor work quality and confirm completed work aligns with project plans.
- Maintain a safe jobsite and communicate site expectations to trade partners.
- Work with project stakeholders to coordinate upcoming activities and resolve field questions.
- Track site conditions, progress updates, and key construction activity.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent - North Shore Ground up $40M project should have:
- Experience overseeing on-site construction work.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and daily trade activity.
- Ability to read and follow construction plans and project schedules.
- Experience monitoring work quality and identifying field issues.
- Ability to communicate clearly with project stakeholders and trade partners.
- Knowledge of jobsite safety practices.
What's on Offer
