Job Description
Manage pay applications, owner billings, and subcontractor payment processes. Coordinate change orders, project documentation, and contract administration. Support subcontractor bidding, buyouts, and procurement activities. Track project schedules, budgets, and project controls. Collaborate with field and office teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant
2-5 years of construction project management experience. High-rise, mixed-use, multifamily, or commercial project exposure. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. Strong knowledge of project documentation, contracts, and financial reporting. Self-starter with strong decision-making and organizational skills.
