Job Description
- Oversee all field operations from groundbreaking through completion
- Maintain project schedules and coordinate trade partners
- Conduct safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance
- Review construction documents and resolve field conflicts
- Lead inspections and quality control activities
- Coordinate turnover and punch list completion
- Partner closely with Project Managers and ownership teams

The Successful Applicant
- 7+ years of superintendent experience with a general contractor
- Experience on multifamily and commercial projects
- Proven ability to lead large project teams
- Strong scheduling and coordination skills
- Experience with Procore and construction management software
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
