Senior Mechanical Engineer
This Senior Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for leading mechanical design activities for complex engineered products, developing detailed 3D models, drawings, and engineering documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product development, conducting design reviews, analysis, and failure investigations, supporting testing, validation, and qualification efforts, and driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on performance, quality, and manufacturability.
A Successful Senior Mechanical Engineer will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline, 7+ years of mechanical engineering experience within manufacturing, experience supporting aerospace, defense, aviation, or highly regulated industries, proficiency with CAD software and engineering drawing standards, strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems, experience with product development from concept through production, ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
