Job Description
Lead construction projects from initial planning through closeout, keeping work aligned with project goals. Set project plans, schedules, and priorities to support timely delivery of construction work. Coordinate contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to keep activities moving forward. Track project progress and address issues that affect scope, schedule, or budget. Review project documents, plans, and updates to maintain clear direction across workstreams. Manage project meetings and communicate decisions, milestones, and next steps to stakeholders. Monitor construction activity and confirm completed work meets project requirements. Maintain accurate project records and provide regular status updates throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager-Tampa-Construction should have: Experience managing construction projects from planning through completion. Experience building and managing project schedules, priorities, and deliverables. Ability to coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal project stakeholders. Experience reviewing project plans, documents, and progress updates. Ability to identify project issues and communicate practical next steps. Experience tracking project scope, schedules, and budgets.
