Job Description
Oversee daily field operations from project kickoff through closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and onsite activities. Manage project schedules and drive milestone completion. Conduct site walkthroughs, inspections, and quality control reviews. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Identify and resolve field issues proactively. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, and design teams. Maintain project documentation, daily logs, and progress reports.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have: 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor. Proven experience managing commercial interiors, corporate fit-outs, retail, or tenant improvement projects. Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field operations. Ability to manage multiple trades in fast-paced, occupied environments. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. OSHA certification preferred. Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional projects.
