Manufacturing Engineering Manager
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager leads the New Project Launch Engineering team to support customer demand and achieve business objectives. This role oversees new product introductions, engineering changes, and process improvements while managing capital equipment investments, project implementation plans, and manufacturing documentation. Responsibilities also include evaluating process capabilities, supporting RFQ activities, developing quality plans, conducting productivity analyses, and driving lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. - 5+ Years of Engineering management experience in a machining environment
- Project Management Experience
- Mills and Lathes
- Swiss machining experience
