Job Description
Develop and implement project-specific Quality Control Plans Conduct inspections and preparatory meetings Manage project documentation and testing reports Coordinate with owners, consultants, and subcontractors Track non-conformance items and corrective actions Ensure compliance with federal and healthcare construction standards

The Successful Applicant
8+ years of construction quality control experience Experience on federal and/or healthcare projects required USACE CQM Certification preferred Ability to travel extensively Strong understanding of construction specifications and commissioning processes Experience with Procore and construction document management platforms
