Healthcare Infrastructure Project Manager
Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large healthcare infrastructure and modernization projects. Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and overall financial performance. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and relationship management. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and project teams throughout all phases of construction. Drive project safety, quality, and compliance standards. Collaborate closely with Project Executives and field teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Monitor risks, resolve challenges proactively, and implement effective project controls. Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
The Successful Applicant
- Senior-level project management experience leading large and complex construction projects
- Experience managing projects valued at $10M+; larger projects strongly preferred
- Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred
- Strong MEP and/or mechanical construction experience preferred
- Background with a general contractor, mechanical contractor, or healthcare owner-side organization
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Demonstrated history of career stability and strong tenure with employers
- Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
