Multifamily Construction Project Manager

Manage multifamily construction projects from planning through completion. Coordinate subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and project execution. Partner with superintendents and internal project teams to achieve project goals. Travel periodically to active jobsites during key project phases. Monitor project performance, reporting, and client communication throughout the lifecycle.
5-7 years of construction project management experience preferred. Multifamily construction experience required. Experience managing apartment or wood-frame multifamily projects preferred. Proven ability to lead schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination. Seeking long-term career growth and comfortable with moderate travel.
Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000 MXN annually. Vehicle allowance of $750/month plus company gas card. Exposure to major multifamily developments valued at $60M-$80M. Strong project backlog, career stability, and advancement opportunities within a growing multifamily division.
