Commercial Construction Project Manager
Reporting to Senior Operations Leadership, the Commercial Construction Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare construction projects throughout the Atlanta area.
- Lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners.
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and project execution.
- Ensure all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements are achieved.
- Drive project performance to meet client expectations and company objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients and key stakeholders.
