Job Description
Coordinate bid packages and procurement activities. Prepare owner reports and progress updates. Manage project documentation and contracts. Assist with schedule development and updates. Support budgeting and change order tracking for:
- K-12 Schools
- Municipal Facilities
- Libraries
- Park District Buildings
- Higher Education Facilities

The Successful Applicant
2-5 years of commercial construction experience. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and documentation skills.
