Experience
- 8+ years of experience in transaction banking, treasury services, cash management, trade finance, corporate banking, subsidiary coverage, relationship management, or cross-border business development.
Product Expertise
- Strong understanding of treasury and transaction banking solutions, including:
- Cash management
- Liquidity management
- Deposits
- Trade finance
- Supply chain finance
- Receivables solutions
- Foreign exchange
- Working-capital products
Business Development Skills
- Demonstrated ability to originate new business, manage client pipelines, and cultivate relationships within multinational corporate environments.
- Proven success identifying opportunities to deepen and broaden banking relationships.
Leadership & Communication
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to operate effectively across multiple internal and external constituencies.
Additional Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
