Project Manager - Municipal/Public Construction - Hialeah

Manage all phases of municipal construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and city officials to meet project requirements. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations. Prepare project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and progress reports. Resolve any issues that arise during construction to minimize delays. Oversee procurement of materials and vendor relationships. Maintain strong communication with all project team members and stakeholders.
