Senior Project Manager - Life Sciences - NJ
Our client is a well-known construction, design-build, engineering, and architectural firm. They offer services in many industries, mainly the complex life sciences construction space. They are looking for a qualified Senior Project Manager - Life Sciences - NJ to work on-site of one of their projects in NJ.
The Senior Project Manager - Life Sciences - NJ will:
- Minimum of ten (10) year's experience managing life sciences construction projects on-site
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have the ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status.
- Computer Skills Required: Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to create material take-offs.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Marketing and presentation skills.
- Should be highly organized, highly motivated and a detail directed problem solver.
- College degree in a construction/engineering field preferred, but not required.

- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field
- Diverse project background (must include life sciences)
- Have experience in overseeing large pharmaceutical renovations
- Have experience with MEPs is preferred
