Our client is hiring in the custom home building and construction industry, specifically within construction, based in Norwalk.

Job Description

Supervise and manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are met.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations and company standards.
Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy in execution.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily reports for stakeholders.
Resolve on-site issues and troubleshoot challenges to maintain project efficiency.
Maintain quality control by inspecting and approving completed work at various stages.
Foster strong working relationships with all project participants to ensure collaboration and productivity.
