IT Services Specialist
A company in the property industry located in Chicago seeks an IT Services Specialist.
Job Description
Manage and maintain IT systems and infrastructure to ensure reliable performance. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across the organization. Implement and oversee IT service management processes and tools. Collaborate with internal teams to align IT services with business objectives. Monitor and improve IT security measures to protect company data. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related projects and services. Document IT processes and create user guides for internal staff. Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior IT Services Specialist should have: Experience with managing IT systems and infrastructure within the property industry or similar sectors. Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues. Knowledge of IT service management tools and processes. Understanding of IT security principles and best practices. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively. Proactive approach to identifying and implementing technology improvements.
