Job Description
Oversee daily construction activities at assigned project sites. Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to keep work aligned with project schedules. Review project plans and specifications to guide field execution. Track site progress and communicate updates to project stakeholders. Identify site issues and work with the project team to resolve them promptly. Monitor work quality and address items that do not align with project requirements. Maintain organized site records, including daily activity updates. Travel to project locations as required to oversee construction operations.

The Successful Applicant
5+ years of Superintendent experience Ground-up construction experience required Experience managing project schedules and subcontractors Strong knowledge of safety protocols and building practices Ability to travel throughout the Southeast Excellent leadership and communication skills
