Production Supervisor
This Production Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Supervising and coordinating second shift production activities
- Monitoring daily operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are being met
- Leading, coaching, and developing production employees
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with quality, maintenance, and planning teams to resolve production issues
- Managing staffing, scheduling, and performance within the department
A Successful Production Supervisor will have:
- Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and employee development skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production operations
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to troubleshoot operational and personnel challenges
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
