Lead Commercial Construction Projects
Lead field operations from mobilization through project closeout. Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality on active jobsites. Coordinate daily activities with Project Managers, owners, and design teams. Conduct project planning meetings and maintain short- and long-term schedules. Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project timelines. Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field staff. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
The successful applicant should have proven experience leading commercial building and construction projects independently. Background managing ground-up and large-scale commercial developments. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics. Experience overseeing multiple subcontractor trades and field teams. Polished and professional communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and project teams. Experience mentoring younger field staff is highly valued. Comfortable working in a growing organization where adaptability and initiative are important.
