Job Description
Oversee daily field operations and site safety. Manage subcontractor performance and scheduling. Coordinate project milestones with project management teams. Ensure quality control and project execution standards. The Successful Applicant
Superintendent experience with a General Contractor. Commercial construction background required. Multifamily experience preferred. Concrete and large urban project experience preferred. Strong tenure and successful project delivery history.
