Request and compare pricing from suppliers and subcontractors to support estimate development. Build detailed estimate packages that clearly outline project assumptions and costs. Update estimates when project requirements, drawings, or pricing change. Work with construction stakeholders to clarify scope questions and resolve pricing gaps. Track current material and subcontractor pricing to improve estimate accuracy.

The Successful Applicant
