Mid-Atlantic Construction Contractor Project Manager
Our client is an established Mid-Atlantic construction contractor specialising in site development and related heavy civil work. The organisation supports projects across commercial, industrial, institutional, residential and infrastructure markets.
Job Description
Manage projects from preconstruction and mobilisation through completion. Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, vendors and project stakeholders. Monitor project schedules, budgets and overall performance. Manage project documentation, change orders and cost controls. Partner closely with field leadership to maintain project schedules. Communicate project status and key issues with internal and external stakeholders. Support safe, high-quality and timely project delivery.

The Successful Applicant
Project management experience within construction. Background in site development/heavy civil experience requirements. Strong organisation and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and project stakeholders.
