Senior Manufacturing Engineer
This Senior Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for:
- Leading manufacturing process improvement initiatives across production operations
- Developing and implementing manufacturing methods to improve quality and efficiency
- Supporting new product introduction and production ramp-up activities
- Collaborating with engineering and quality teams to resolve production challenges
- Analyzing manufacturing data and identifying opportunities for cost reduction
- Driving continuous improvement projects focused on safety, productivity, and performance
A Successful Senior Manufacturing Engineer will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience within a regulated industry
- Experience supporting aerospace, aviation, turbine, or engine manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, and production workflows
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and quality teams
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
