Project Manager - Mixed Commercial
Plan and manage mixed commercial construction projects from initial scope through project closeout. Set project schedules, track milestones, and address changes that affect delivery dates. Coordinate construction activities across project stakeholders to keep work moving forward. Review project scope and requirements to support clear execution plans. Monitor project progress and communicate updates on timelines, priorities, and next steps. Manage project documentation to maintain accurate records throughout the project lifecycle. Work with internal and external project contacts to resolve day-to-day construction issues. Drive projects toward completion while maintaining alignment with agreed project requirements.
A successful Project Manager - Mixed Commercial should have: Experience managing construction projects from planning through completion. Experience coordinating schedules, milestones, and project activities. Ability to review project scope and translate requirements into practical work plans. Experience tracking project progress and communicating clear status updates. Ability to manage project documentation and maintain accurate project records. Experience working with multiple project stakeholders to address construction issues. Previous experience with a general contractor is required.
