Job Description

Assist in the management of large-scale ground-up construction projects
Support project budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
Monitor schedules and help drive project milestones
Participate in project meetings and client communications
Ensure project activities align with quality and safety standards

The Successful Applicant

3-5 years of construction experience
Experience with industrial, tilt-wall, design-build, or cold storage projects is required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
Desire to take on increasing responsibility and advance into Project Management
