Estimator
The Estimator will report to the Preconstruction Manager and play a critical role in developing accurate project budgets, evaluating opportunities, and supporting business growth.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing proposals
- Analyze project risks, scopes, and value engineering opportunities
- Prepare bid packages, budget reports, and pricing presentations
- Collaborate with project management and field operations teams during preconstruction
- Maintain accurate estimating databases and historical cost information
- Support client meetings, bid interviews, and contract negotiations as needed

For the Estimator role, we are seeking:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of estimating experience within the construction industry
- Experience estimating commercial, institutional, industrial, or mixed-use projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems
- Proficiency with estimating software such as Bluebeam, OST, On-Screen Takeoff, Sage Estimating, or similar platforms
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously
