Job Description
Leads project teams to ensure timely execution of all assigned tasks. Establishes project budgets and manages cost. Coaches, mentors, develops, and trains project management teams. Maintains knowledge of contract requirements and addresses complex obstacles. Maintains positive relationships with clients, owners, subcontractors, and design teams. Ensures all risk management controls are implemented. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
5-10+ years of Project Manager experience. 3+ years of multifamily project experience. Experience working multiple, high value projects ($20M+). Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Construction Science preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of safety regulations and construction industry standards. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
