Project Executive
In business for decades, this family-owned firm has grown substantially over the past 20 years and is now one of New England's premier GCs! HQ in Bridgewater, looking to open 2nd location in 2026. They specialize in building high-profile projects up to $120M, across various sectors. Including: Multifamily, Senior living, Mixed-use, Hotels, Academic - they also have a special projects division for life science and TI work. Large enough to have a significant and stable pipeline of projects, small enough where you are not just a number. Looking for a PX to join their leadership team! The Project Executive will serve as the operational leader for project teams, ensuring successful delivery from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining strong client relationships and driving company goals. The Project Executive is responsible for:
- In office daily - Bridgewater MA + travel to project sites as needed (greater Boston)
- Providing operational oversight for multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Leading internal project teams and managing cross-functional coordination
- Maintaining client relationships and ensuring satisfaction across all phases
- Overseeing financial reporting, risk analysis, and subcontractor performance
- Conducting monthly project reviews and staffing evaluations
- Attending owner meetings, site visits, and subcontractor progress meetings
- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of owner applications

The right Project Executive has the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management
- 10-15+ years of experience in construction management
- Proven experience in ground-up multifamily, assisted living, or hospitality projects
- Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License
- OSHA 30-hour training
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; Spectrum and Procore experience preferred
- LEED AP or LEED training encouraged
