Job Description
Manage daily on-site operations for construction projects in Rhode Island or Connecticut. Coordinate schedules and activities with subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets. Monitor compliance with safety standards and regulations. Oversee quality control to ensure high standards of workmanship. Communicate progress and updates to project stakeholders. Resolve on-site issues promptly to keep projects on track. Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and changes.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have: Experience in managing construction projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of safety standards and building codes. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
