Construction Project Engineer

Michael Page is hiring for a role in the business services industry located in Detroit.

Coordinate and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion. Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to manage project requirements. Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations throughout all phases of construction. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Assist in preparing and reviewing project documentation, including blueprints and contracts. Identify and resolve project challenges to minimize delays and cost overruns. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and address any issues promptly. Support procurement processes, including sourcing materials and negotiating vendor contracts.

A successful Construction Project Engineer should have: Experience with construction project management and coordination. Knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and regulations. Strong organizational and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Ability to analyze project plans and address challenges proactively. Familiarity with construction software and tools is a plus.

Annual salary range: $65,000 to $95,000. Comprehensive benefits package.
