Job Description
- Lead all on-site construction activities from project startup through completion.
- Manage day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control.
- Drive project execution while ensuring milestones, budgets, and client expectations are met.
- Coordinate site logistics, inspections, and communication between project stakeholders.
- Oversee ground-up commercial construction projects throughout North Carolina and South Carolina.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Travel as needed to support project delivery across the region.
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
- Proven ability to independently run projects from start to finish.
- Strong sitework and ground-up construction experience.
- Hospitality, hotel, or lodging project experience is highly preferred.
- Experience delivering multi-story commercial projects valued between $10M and $20M+.
- Strong scheduling, coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
- Stable career history with demonstrated project success.
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout North Carolina and South Carolina.
- Candidates located near major North Carolina metros such as Charlotte, Raleigh, or the Triad are preferred.
