5+ years of Project Manager experience and 10+ years of total construction experience preferred. Experience delivering retail, grocery, big-box, or mixed-use projects. Strong skills in scheduling, estimating, budgeting, and change management. Procore proficiency and strong subcontractor management experience. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
$120,000 - $130,000 base salary plus bonus potential. Discretionary annual bonus based on company performance. 401(k) with company match. Established Florida contractor with long-term stability and growth opportunities.
