Job Description
Lead field operations on commercial construction projects valued at $30M+ Manage site safety, quality control, scheduling, and subcontractor performance Coordinate daily activities with project management teams, clients, and trade partners Ensure compliance with company SOPs, documentation standards, and project requirements Build strong client relationships while delivering successful project outcomes MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
10+ years of construction experience, including Superintendent leadership responsibilities Stable career history with strong tenure at previous employers Experience delivering projects valued at $30M-$50M+ Background in Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Lowe's, grocery, big-box retail, or travel center projects preferred Strong communication skills and success within process-driven organizations
