Estimator
The Estimator will play a critical role within the preconstruction team, supporting the accurate pricing and successful delivery of multifamily renovation projects.
Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and bid proposals for renovation projects
Review plans, specifications, scopes of work, and project requirements
Solicit, analyze, and level subcontractor and supplier pricing
Develop conceptual and hard bid estimates for interior and exterior renovation scopes
Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions
Collaborate closely with project management, operations, and field teams throughout the preconstruction process
Maintain accurate cost databases and support multiple active pursuits simultaneously

Must have experience within multifamily renovation, rehabilitation, or value-add construction projects
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
Strong understanding of construction costs, materials, labor, and subcontractor management
Experience preparing detailed estimates and bid packages
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and construction estimating software
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Base salary of $70,000 - $100,000
