Job Description
Oversee daily field operations from site mobilization through completion. Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and project milestones. Enforce safety standards and maintain a safe working environment. Monitor schedule progress and proactively resolve field issues. Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications. The Successful Applicant
8+ years of superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor. Experience leading ground-up commercial construction projects. Strong understanding of project scheduling and field coordination. Proven knowledge of construction safety and quality control practices. Ability to lead subcontractors and maintain client relationships onsite.
